    Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item. (Refer to our Return Policy for more details.)

3. Custom or Bulk Orders

For custom-made or wholesale bulk orders, cancellations may not be possible once production or processing has started.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
